WebMay 16, 2024 · I purchased a new 2024 Diamond C hyd tail 40k in november. It made one 1600 mile haul with a 6800 lb machine on the tail, and it catastrophically failed. Company finally agreed to warranty it after 4 months of back and forth. Outside of this failure, it had small misc problems as soon as a bought it. WebOct 27, 2024 · Some of the problems with your trailer build are inexcusable IMHO. One thing to keep in mind, Diamond C rated their tandem 7k axle trailers at 14,900 lbs, instead of 14k. Might make a difference if youç¾†*e trying to stay under a certain weight. I just spent a bunch of time reading the 3/4 ton truck thread.
