I've been using a Radeon RX 570 and Ryzen 5 2600 for about a year now and have had the issue of an incredibly grainy look in all 3D rendered games. The grain isn't there in menus, so it's probably something to do with the rendering/GPU. I've scoured the internet for a solution, but haven't found one yet.
